What is The Pirate Ship?

The Pirate Ship is an Artisan at The Georgia Renaissance Festival that sells swords, knives, guns, & axes that relate to Pirates, Movies, Anime, and Renaissance.
We have a replica pirate ship that stand 45’ tall and is about 50’ long, we say about because we lost our front end in the tempest that brought us here.

Where is The Pirate Ship?

We are in the heart of the festival, located directly in front of The King’s Jousting Arena, north of the front gate. Trust me you can’t miss it!!!

What is the Captain’s $10 Shop?

The Captain thought it best to offer a great deal on his “booty” to the patrons, times are tough and what better way than sell it all at $10!!!

Are the swords real?

Yes they are!! Prices on swords range from $10 all the way up to $1000. We have swords that are functional and swords that are for decoration, we have it all!!

What is “The 4:30 Pirate Auction & Giveaway”?

We give away 13 swords and daggers free every festival day at 4:30, we also auction off many high quality items and we also play many games including “TRUST the Pirates”

What is “Trust the Pirates”?

The Captain loves to have the patrons Trust! And the Captain loves to gain that Trust! Trust the Pirates is where the Captain asks patrons, sight unseen, to
give me a dollar amount and he rewards that Trust with an item well over that dollar amount, hence “Trust the Pirates”

Does The Pirate Ship have a retail store?

No we do not at the moment.

We attend and participate at several local functions Dragon Con, Pirate Palooza to name a few. At the moment we are expanding our horizons, so keep a
steady eye on The Ship’s Log for updates!!

Is The Pirate Ship a real sailing vessel?

No, at one time it was but since the tempest that landed us in Georgia we have said its to fun to leave this land?
